Technical Support Services
Faculty and Staff have access to technician support for college technology hardware and software tool issues and questions by reaching out as listed under Contact Info, or through submitting a service ticket by emailing ITHelpDesk@jjc.edu.
JJC Username and Password Information
Your JJC username and password are required to access all technology resources including your Student email/Microsoft Office 365 account, iCampus Online Learning Management, the MYJCC portal, and our eResources self-service system.
Password creation / reset
Go to the staff Password Registration link to register your password. Please note that you will need to know your current network password to register.
Go to the staff Password Reset link to reset your password. If you have not registered your security questions, you must do so with the Password Registration link.
Mandatory Password Change
For security measures, users are required to change their password every 90 days or at the beginning of each semester.
As a reminder, each user is responsible for any action taken with that user's login. No college employee or student should ever share their password to anyone, including other college students, faculty, and staff, nor should JJC employees or administrators ever request a user to divulge his or her password. Any password that a user believes may have been compromised must be changed immediately.

Access to Voicemail from Off-Campus
To access voicemail when remote, dial 815.280.2555, press # during the message, and enter your extension and password when prompted.
MYJJC Faculty and Staff Portal
MYJJC is our Faculty and Staff portal that provides employee a primary point of access to pertinent online information. Upon securely authenticating to the portal, a employee can view their personal information and perform transactions including view enter time history, view paystubs, and leave balances. From the portal Faculty and Staff can link to other online systems via the web links the portal provides.
While MYJJC is the primary point of access, Faculty and Staff may also have occasion to log into our business system via the legacy interface link to eResources. This interface provides access similar to MYJJC for time entry, viewing paystubs, entering attendance and access information about many of the other services provided by JJC.
