Unofficial Results from the 2023 Board of Trustees Election

As of April 4 with 346 of 346 precincts reporting, unofficial results for the Joliet Junior College Board of Trustees 2023 consolidated election show the following vote totals for each candidate in order of votes received. 

To serve 6-year term (Elect 2):
Alicia Morales: 18,110 votes- 19.25%
Diane M. Harris: 16,916 votes- 17.98%
Richard A. Davis: 15,880 votes- 16.88%
Kevin Kollins Hedemark: 13,459 votes- 14.30%
Judy Medvid: 10,139 votes- 10.78%
Krystal Garcia Centeno: 9,821 votes- 10.44%%
Carol Lee: 9,766 votes- 10.38% 


The top two vote recipients will be elected to the Joliet Junior College Board of Trustees for a six-year term. Results are unofficial until canvassed by each county clerk or board of election commissioners, which will take place by the end of April.

Please note that at the time of this unofficial report Kankakee County is reporting a tie in the Essex precinct, the only precinct included in District 525. The college will continue to monitor this administration page until additional unofficial data is available or results are made official.
