As a Starbucks team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a renowned coffeehouse chain and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking supplies - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy - Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers - Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines in food handling and preparation - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation |
