As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate information - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, or chat - Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery - Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and transportation teams to optimize operations - Utilize transportation management systems, such as Oracle Transportation Management, to manage orders and shipments - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
