The mission of Romeoville Campus is to provide high quality educational programs to the diverse community residents, business, industry and community service organizations. Our primary goal is to prepare our students for success in higher education and/or enhancement of employment skills. We also aim to provide a rich variety of youth, adult and lifelong learning opportunities and services that will add value to students' and community residents' quality of life.

In January 1993, JJC opened the Romeoville Campus at 1125 W Romeo Road in Romeoville, a 35,000-square-foot facility. The campus has 12 general classrooms; 12 laboratories for the disciplines of biology, chemistry, CISCO networking, computer skills, photography and nurse assistant training; a library/learning resource center; and offices for student services, faculty and administrative support. The campus offers a full range of credit and non-credit classes, including all of the required courses for an Associate in Arts transfer degree as well as GED, ESL and life-long learning classes.
