Wednesday Theme Buffets

Chef Bucci and students will begin class on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. Come join us and enjoy the fantastic culinary delights that they prepare in thematic menus each week such as Italian, French, Greek, Polish, etc. Buffets include an array of incredible entree items, salads, delicious just-baked breads, and tempting desserts. Large or small groups and walk-ins welcome! Because theme buffets are totally student-driven, detailed menus are not available in advance. However, we promise that you will like it!
Sunday Brunch Information

Our classic brunch provides the very best of morning and afternoon fare for showers, christenings and gatherings with family and friends. The chef's creations include a breakfast and lunch menu with an action station for omelets made to order, a carving station, delicious soup, artistic salads and much more - complimented with chilled champagne!

Friday Night Out Dinner Series
5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Join the Renaissance Center each Friday starting January 24, 2014 through May 2, 2014 for the FRIDAY NIGHT OUT Dinner Series.
A new and extraordinary menu is artistically crafted each week to provide delectable appetizers, soups, salads and entrees such as Pasta, Chicken, Fish, Lamb, Duck, Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Salmon. Each entrée is accompanied with a choice of soup or salad, assorted homemade breads with three assorted butters. Your server will provide you with a dessert menu. Cash bar and a weekly wine list are available.
