The Program provides opportunities and challenges to those students wishing to get the most out of their college experience while at JJC. Additionally, we assist with other opportunities beyond JJC, helping students transfer to other four-year institutions and realize success in their academic goals.

The JJC Honors Program, founded in 1987, was designed to assist students in all majors who wish to achieve academic success through challenging and stimulating coursework and extracurricular activities. By encouraging participation in forums, colloquia, and in-course honors projects, we advance the intellectual development of students and create a community of scholars that represents not only its individual members, but the college as a whole.
