Culinary students preparing dishes 


Agriculture/Horticulture programs include agricultural business, power equipment technician, production and management, and swine management, as well as landscape management, landscape contracting, turfgrass management, greenhouse management, nursery management, and floral design and interior plantscape management.


The Business Department offers certificates and degree programs within the areas of accounting, business administration, entrepreneurship, global supply management, human resources management, management and supervision, marketing management, real estate and real estate appraisal, retail business management, hospitality management, and warehousing and distribution.

Computer Information and Office Systems

The CIOS Department at JJC includes a wide range of degrees and certificates, within the areas of computer information science / management information systems, game design and development, health information management, and office systems, as well as several industry certifications.

Culinary arts

The Culinary Arts Program at JJC is one of the most well respected and well-known program in the world. Degrees and certificates are available in culinary arts, as well as certificates in baking and pastry arts.


Programs include  Automotive Services, Orthotics, Electronic Engineering, Architecture & Construction, CADD, Industrial Maintenance, Process Control Instrumentation, HVAC and more.
