Full job description Established professional cleaning company in Minooka looking to hire a full-time, experienced, Cleaning Technician to join our staff. Residential cleaning experience required. Prior commercial cleaning experience a plus. Prior training experience also a plus. Must be available for work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. -No nights -No weekends -Weekly payroll on Fridays -Cash tips in the field -Paid time off benefits -Paid holidays -Paid drive time between accounts -Paid birthday -We supply all equipment & supplies -Opportunities for advancement thus more money -Monthly attendance raffle -Holiday bonus & various incentives -Fuel stipend -Cell phone stipend -Uniforms provided -Two company vehicles available to teams going furthest for day or deep cleans -Water, coffee and snacks available daily --And more... We are detailed professional cleaners so we need someone who is committed to detail and quality. Must be able to perform the following job duties: -High/low dusting -Dust wiping/polishing -Vacuuming/dust mopping -Mopping -Regular cleanings include, but are not limited to: bathrooms, kitchens, living/family/great rooms, offices, sunrooms, dining rooms, play rooms, foyers, stairs, breakrooms, conference rooms, bedrooms, laundry rooms, mud rooms, lofts, bonus rooms, fitness rooms, theatre rooms, and more -Deep cleanings include, but are not limited to: hand washing cabinets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, windows, baseboards, doors, trim, inside refrigerators and ovens, and more |

Requirements: -Valid driver's license -Must be at least 18 years of age -Must be reliable and have strong work ethic -Must have own vehicle for work each day (sometimes you might be in one of our company vehicles, but not always) -Must have prior professional cleaning experience of homes -Must live near Minooka for this job to be a good fit for you -Must be in good physical condition and able to perform all duties listed above If you have prior professional cleaning experience, reside near Minooka, are a team player, detail oriented and are reliable looking to work full-time Mon thru Fri, then we would love to hear from you!
