Guitar and Percussion Concert

The JJC Guitar Ensemble, directed by Adam Roth, will be performing music in a variety of styles, including classic rock, gypsy jazz, folk and video game genres. This collection of JJC students and community members will bring to life the music of Electric Light Orchestra, The Meters, Rogers and Hammerstein, Django Reinhart and more. Ensemble members include Chad Barclay, Edward Jones, Carolina Padilla and Jeremy Stajkowski.

The JJC Percussion Ensemble, directed by Adam Cowger, will perform several musical genres including contemporary classical, jazz, fusion, Afro-Cuban and traditional Brazilian samba. Featured composers include Adam Bruce, Chick Corea, Osvaldo Farres, Angela Kepley, Brian Mueller and Brian Nozny. Ensemble members include Angelo Colin, Kaley Koran, Jenny Kuhn, Carla Lozano, Anthony McDonald, Aeron Mendoza, Austin Mendoza, Dylan Stasiek and Irvin Varquez.
