Illegal possession of alcohol
JJC police issued Benjamin Miller, Bolingbrook, two citations on April 10, one for a traffic violation and the other for possession and transportation of alcohol, according to police reports. Police said Miller was stopped at 12:33 a.m. on Centennial Drive. He is scheduled to appear at the Will County Courthouse on May 15.
In-State Warrant arrest
JJC police arrested Patricia Hughes, Joliet, for an outstanding In-State Warrant on April 8 at 3:31 p.m., according to reports. The arrest took place at JJC Main Campus. Hughes was later transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility where bail was set at $3,800.
Unsolicited sexual contact
Dalan Beard, Bolingbrook, was issued a notice of trespass to all JJC properties on April 7, at 7 p.m. Police said Beard repeatedly and inappropriately touched a female student on her shoulder and breast area, causing her to become uncomfortable.
Two traffic violations issued
JJC police issued Joy McCombs, Joliet, a traffic citation after police said McCombs was operating an uninsured vehicle. The incident took place on Houbolt Road and Cathy Drive at 8:54 p.m., on April 5. According to police, McCombs was also given a verbal warning for operating a vehicle without headlights or taillights. McCombs is scheduled to appear at the Will County CourtHouse on May 15.
Joshua Printy, Morris, was issued a traffic citation by JJC police on April 8 at 11:53 p.m., after police said Printy was operating an uninsured vehicle. According to police, Printy was stopped at Houbolt Road and I-80 and given a verbal warning for no rear registration light. Printy is due at the Will County Courthouse on May 15.
