Why won't a web page open?

When a Web page won't open, there could be any number of problems. Try stopping the process by clicking the red X button, then click the refresh button. If that doesn't work, there may be a problem with that Web site's server, and you should try again later.

When are the labs open and where are the labs?

Can I get help with my home computer?

JJC does not provide technical support for a student's computer systems.

 

Who do I call for help? Is there a place students can get assistance?
