Hello, my name is Katrina Wascher. I am originally from Oregon and currently live in Joliet Illinois with my husband of 12 years and our 6 young children. My children are the light of my life. I love to see the wonder on their faces when they learn something new and the sweetness of their laughter when they are playing. My children are my inspiration for returning to school.
I am currently a student at JJC, working towards an Administrative Assistant Degree. I am really excited to be interning at the Early Childhood Center, working towards my degree while also being around children. I spent many years babysitting through High School and also volunteered at the daycare center located in the High School. I have always loved being around children and believe that they are our future.
