I started working as a part time clerical assistant with JJC Early Childhood Center in August of '08. I live in Joliet with my husband, George, and my daughter who is 11 years old. I attended Northern Illinois University where I obtained a B.S. degree in Family, Consumer and Nutrition Sciences. I have been working with children since I was a child due to my mother having a home day care. I work with children because I enjoy seeing them obtain new knowledge. Children learn so much through their daily interactions and it is rewarding just being a part of it.
