Students begin their college career at Joliet Junior college and experience a smooth, seamless transition to GSU, where a bachelor's degree can be completed within two years.

Dual degree students can lock in the GSU tuition rate for four years—as early as two years before transferring to GSU.

Planning ahead will guarantee a smooth transition to a college or university. Schedule an appointment with a counselor or advisor between September and December for transfer planning or February and April in the spring. Many colleges and universities require transfer applications one year in advance. Contact our counselor or advisor early.
