Group Testing at JJC 

Group Testing is a wonderful option for educational and corporate institutions who wish to reserve testing computers for 10-24 students or staff to then complete the JJC ACT COMPASS Placement testing. If you are interested in pursuing this service please follow the steps below:

1. Decide on a campus; you may schedule group testing at Main Campus in Joliet, North Campus in Romeoville, and Grundy Campus in Morris.
2. Complete the Group Testing Form at least one month prior to earliest desired testing date.
3. Receive a confirmation call from the Academic Skills Center secretary no more than five (5) business days after your Group Testing form has been submitted.
4. Make sure that all of your testers are aware of the following information:
   • JJC ACT COMPASS preparation options are available and highly encouraged
   • The Academic Skills Center website features the following information pertaining to JJC ACT COMPASS testing:

   • One acceptable form of identification is required.
   • A tester must abide by the Academic Skills Center calculator usage policies.
   • No food, drink, backpacks, coats, electronic devices, or other personal belongings are allowed at the testing computer; please leave these materials at home or in your car.
5. On the testing day, arrive at least ten minutes early so that staff may begin processing the testers.
