Club Renewal
Club renewal deadlines apply to returning clubs. If you are interested in starting
a new club, please see the
start or reactivate a club page for guidelines and policies.
Club renewal forms must be turned in to Amy Sims, room H-1015B by September 24, 2008 to be
chartered or renewed in October.
Forms
These forms give OSA current information regarding the club and its members and
help us to coordinate the monthly calendar of events.
Copies of the forms are also available in the appendix of the Survival Guide which can
be found in the OSA office on the bridge.
It is important for existing clubs to raise enough money to allow them to function
until new allocated money is available after chartering in October.

*Failing to comply with requirements will result in a one year probation.
Please Note: At the October meeting, all clubs renewing their charter
will be listed on a sheet of paper to be voted on collectively. This will expedite
the chartering process. The chartering will be delayed until a member is present.
