The following policies apply to all clubs at JJC.
Adviser and Student Communication With OSA
Information is sent to advisors and students via e-mail and campus mail. Student officers and
Collegiate Club Council representatives must submit their email addresses. CCC minutes will be sent
via email to students and advisors.
Each club has a mailbox located behind the Information Booth in H-1016 (Bridge). Check it weekly
for new items.
Copies of forms can be received through the Student Activities offices on the Bridge.
Most of the forms (for advisers) are also available in the 'Public Folders' under 'Club Forms'.
We request that every club member access his or her JJC e-mail account. E-mail passwords are
available through a Kiosk or refer to the JJC Web site for assistance.
