The Coalition was funded by grants received from the Illinois Department of Human
Services Bureau of Substance Abuse Prevention. The funding was funneled through
the Illinois Higher Education Center for Alcohol, Other Drug and Violence Prevention.
Furthermore, the Student Wellness Council assist in alcohol awareness programming
throughout the year. These students provide ideas and suggestions for future events
and help coordinate the upcoming programs.
