Refund Policy
Refund Policy
All returns will be refunded in the manner in which they were purchased
(i.e. credit/debit card, gift card, financial aid, cash, etc.).
A register receipt is needed for all refunds and/or exchanges.
No exceptions.
Book Return Policy
- The book must be in absolutely brand new condition if purchased new. If the book
does not meet this requirement, the bookstore might accept the book on a used
basis at up to 50 percent of the new book price.
- A book is not considered to be in new condition if any of the following conditions
are found: ink marks, pencil or eraser marks, writing of any kind, highlighting,
stains (water, coffee, etc.), dented corners, creased, torn or cracked covers or
pages and/or creased or cracked bindings.
- No book will be refunded (in new or used condition) if there is any damage to the
binding of the book, any moisture or stain problems present, or any pages torn, missing
or damaged in any way.
- To receive a full refund for fall and spring classes, you must return the book
within 10 days from the scheduled start of the class.
- To receive a full refund for fast track, late start or summer classes, you must
return the book within four days from the scheduled start of the
class.
- No refunds will be given on any book purchased 10 or more days from the scheduled
start date of your fall/spring Class; four or more days from the scheduled start date
of your fast track, late start, or summer class. These books may be taken on a buyback
basis at up to 50 percent of the new book price based on need and condition.
General Goods Return Policy
- Clothing and backpacks may be returned or exchanged within three days of purchase.
All tags must be attached to the merchandise. Clothing that has been worn, laundered
or smells of smoke is not returnable.
- Gift and seasonal item may be returned within three days of purchase.
- Software may be returned within three days of purchase in its original, unopened, sealed package.
- Class supply items, electronic items and Quick Study guides are not returnable.
- No refunds will be given on any red tag, red line or clearance merchandise of any kind. This includes clothing that has been reduced for clearance.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
