What is my JJC ID / username / password?
Your username/password is used for your JJC email, eResources and ANGEL access.
Each student receives a JJC account within 24 to 72 hours of acceptance of a current
admission application to the college or after signing up for a credit class. See
the admissions site for information on
applying to JJC.
Choose "find my JJC ID / username / password" to receive this information. This
procedure will also allow you to change your password and to "reset" or "unlock"
a login access.
If you received only your JJC ID number as a result of performing the ID / username/
password lookup, it is an indication that your JJC eResources account has not been
created or it has expired.
Please note: eResources accounts expire when inactive for 3 consecutive
semesters.
Password Change
For security measures, users are encouraged to change their password every 120 days
or at the beginning of each semester.
As a reminder, each user is responsible for any action taken with that user's login.
No college employee or student should ever share or divulge their password to anyone,
including other college students, faculty, and staff; nor should JJC employees and
administrators ever request a user to divulge his or her password. Any password
that a user believes may have been compromised must be changed immediately.
