1. Distance Education Presentation - C. Harvey presented the strategic plan for distance education to the Senior Leadership team. Goals for the strategic plan were reviewed.

2. ICCB Recognition Visit - Our recognition visit is scheduled for June 23 and 24. As more information becomes available it will be distributed.

   Outcome: R. Smith will be the contact and coordinator for this visit.

3. Summer Flex Hours - Administrators will be permitted to participate in summer flex hours as long as their areas are properly covered and a next in line individual is identified.

Student Development

1. Student Lobby Day - Discussion occurred on who would be attending the student lobby day and which legislators should be targeted for meetings. Items of importance to be stressed with the legislators were also discussed with J. Julian and C. Vasquez present for this topic.

   Outcome: J. Julian will put together a list of needs and furnish folders with JJC highlights.
