Academic Affairs

Evening class cancellation time - Requests have been received to change the time of notification for cancellation of evening classes. After discussion, SLT felt that it would be difficult to change the time to an earlier notification, as currently every attempt is made to notify everyone of cancellation of classes as early as possible.
Outcome - No change in time for notification of cancellation of evening classes.

Scheduling software - We will have a sales presentation on scheduling software next week and would like to move forward on the purchasing of software as soon as possible. Suggestion was made to use outside help in the implementation of the software to help speed the project along.
