The account will be made within 1-2 working days. Accounts are usually formed by using the
first letter of the first name and the first 7 letters of the last name.
Therefore:

Mary Anderson = manderso

If the account already exists, the second letter of the first name is used.

Mary Anderson = manderso -> maanders
