The Professional and Personal Development (PPD) Committee is responsible for the development and implementation of a yearlong program of activities that enhance the work performance and environment for all employees of Joliet Junior College.  The activities presented by the committee are in line with the college’s annual goals developed by the Quality Planning Team.
