Exemplary or outstanding performance by an individual for
a single occasion or who consistently demonstrates behavior that is
directly related to the JJC Core Values deserves to be recognized.
"RICH In Quality" coupons are available for employees to present to one another on such occasions.
Recipients are eligible for a drawing the month in which they receive a coupon. Six winners will be randomly selected and will receive an
employee recognition gift bag. Additionally recipients throughout the year will be eligible for
Jo's Award to be presented at the annual Service Recognition Celebration in April. At the Service Recognition Celebration, six awards in
Jo’s name will be presented to outstanding individuals who absolutely and unequivocally represent each of the Core Values.
All submissions will be reviewed for demonstration of
behaviors linked to JJC's core values. The two-part "RICH
