Records and Transcripts
The Records Office processes incoming student transcripts, handles outgoing transcript requests, final
grade reports, verification of enrollment, and degree audits.
Students who wish to take a course at another university and then transfer that course back to JJC
for credit must download the
transient request form and return it to the Records office for approval.

Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
The Records Office maintains student records in a confidential manner. The student records policy of
Joliet Junior College is governed by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
