What is my JJC ID / Username / Password?

Each student receives a JJC account within 24-72 hours of acceptance of a current admission application to the college (www.JJC.edu/Admissions).

This procedure will provide your JJC ID number, JJC E-mail address, username, and a default (original) password.
The username/password is used for your JJC E-mail, eResources and ANGEL access.

This procedure will also allow you to change your password and to "reset" or "unlock" a login access.

If you received only your JJC ID number as a result of performing the ID/Username/Password lookup is an indication that your JJC eResources account has not been created or it has expired*. The creation of a JJC eResources account usually occurs 24 to 72 hours after the admission application acceptance.  *eResources accounts expire when inactive for 3 consecutive semesters.
