The Family Literacy program is for non-English language families, and includes integrated activities for parents and their children.  Parents are trained to be the primary teacher and partner in their children’s education, with instruction for working with children provided separately for adult parents or caregivers. Instruction is also available  for adults and children working together. You can find more information at the National Center for Family Literacy.
