An introduction to computers. Create, find and save files to basic word processing and spreadsheet documents, and create your own address book in a database. Perfect for the beginner. Includes a course book for your reference.

More About PCs (LLC 528)
If you didn't want "Intro to PCs" to end, this is the class for you. Learn to create mailing labels, documents with graphics, certificates, budgets, and more. Lots of hands–on experience. Prerequisite: Intro to PC or a basic knowledge of Word and Excel.

Even More About PCs (LLC 529)
Customize your desktop, scan photographs and insert them into a Word document or PowerPoint presentations, or e–mail them to friends. Download pictures from the Internet, use Word Wizards and templates to create letters, then use mail merge to send to everyone in your address book. Prerequisite: More About PCs or a basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Windows for Seniors (LLC 553)
Starts with "What's a Window?" and includes screen savers, desktops, starting programs, using "My Computer" and more.

Keyboarding for Computers (LLC 500)
In today's computer era, almost everyone needs to know how to type. This class is perfect for people who need to learn the computer keyboard. It is designed for the person with little or no previous typing experience.

What's New in Microsoft Office 2007 (IDAY 294)
Learn how to streamline your tasks and maximize your productivity by learning the new features of Office 2007. This course will touch on a number of features across all suite applications. You'll create dynamic presentations in PowerPoint, enhance your spreadsheets in Excel, and create professional looking documents in Word. You'll also learn about the new features in Access and Outlook. Knowledge of prior versions of Microsoft Office is required.

Using a Scanner (LLC 3647)
Learn the basics of using a scanner. Be able to scan pictures and documents. Put your precious family memories into your computer to be able to share them with multiple family members.

eBay 101 (LLC 580)
This course will show you the basics of buying and selling on eBay, the world's largest online marketplace. You'll get hands-on experience as you register as a new user. We'll take you through the steps of selling – including formatting your auction page, adding photos, checking out, payment methods, and using feedback.

Selling on eBay (LLC 583)
Learn eBay selling from listing to feedback. Cover topics include an overview of auction types and fee(s), how to research the item you're selling, how to create a listing for your item (instructor will be creating a real listing), pricing, terms and conditions, shipping, monitoring your item listing, what to do once your auction has closed and disputes. This class requires each participant to bring their e-mail address with them to class.
