Theft

On April 1, theft was reported for a wallet that has been missing in Main Building since mid February. The reporting officer states that ID, social security and bank cards were in the wallet and since then have been used to make unauthorized purchases. This investigation is still open.

Criminal Damage to Real Property

On April 8, an officer was called to the CC to report a vandalized vehicle. Upon arrival, the reporting officer sighted the car had been egged and jellied over the roof and windshield, along with scratches on the roof. The officer took pictures and collected witness leads — this case is still under investigation.

Criminal Trespass to Real Property

On April 8, a patrolling officer was sent to the CC to investigate a suspicious and possibly trespassing individual. There were no immediate signs of criminal activity, but the officer took the statements of several employees who reporting seeing the same unfamiliar person. The police department is currently searching for the trespasser.

Battery

On April 16, a reporting officer was dispatched to 2nd floor E-building women’s restroom to medically assist an unconscious female. The female was taken to the hospital and later questioned. Her report states that she was using the facilities to fix her make up As she looked up into the mirror again she sees a man standing behind her. The only recollection the female has after that point is having her head pushed into the wall and waking up in the hospital. The police department conducted a search and sweep for the offender and sent out an ISPERN alert. The investigation is ongoing.
