    Recognition is a statutory term describing the status of a community college district that meets instructional, administrative, financial, facility, and equipment standards as established by the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB). JJC will be evaluated on the following items in 2008:

►Instruction & Assessment
►Student Services and Academic Support
►Finance and Facilities
►Accountability Requirements, including Program Review & Financial Reporting
►Additional documentation,
including copies of the Program Reviews, Board Policy Manual, College Catalog, Dual Credit Policy, Instructional Assessment Policies, Campus Master Plan, Internal Data Reporting Policies, Student Handbook, Faculty Handbook, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and Financial Planning Document
