Students who will be attending Joliet Junior College must have an application on file before testing. Testing must be completed prior to meeting with counselor/advisor and/or registering for courses. (JJC catalog)

Students wanting to take the COMPASS Placement Test must come during the following hours:

Fall - Spring Hours
Monday - Thursday	7:30am – 5:30pm
Friday	7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Saturday*	8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
*exception: closed Saturdays from May 17 – Aug. 9

Scratch paper and pencils will be given to students taking the COMPASS Test. Students may bring along their own calculators (nothing greater than a TI-86 and no cell phones).

Students who will be attending full-time, must take the combined test before they can enroll in either reading/writing or mathematics. Students attending part-time, may take the test in sections.
