Not sure how to register online? Here is a guide to help you understand the online registration process. Once you have registered for your classes you will need to pay for them before the deadlines. See the payment information page for more information.
Attention: Students Using Online Registration for Spring 2011 Need to Activate New
- All students who plan to register online for the 2011 Spring Semester should go to the college's homepage and click on the "Check Email" icon.
- Click on the link "Connect to the New Live@edu email."
- Follow the directions to create your password and activate your New Live@edu account.
- This will enable you to use eRecourses to register for classes.
- As of October 1, 2010, all emails will be sent to your new email account.
Step One: Go to eResources
Go to eResources and click the Log In button near the top right.
Step Two: Log In
Log in with your username and password. If you don't know your login information see the password help page.
Step Three: Register for Sections
In the bottom left under "Registration" click the second link "Register for Sections".
Step Four: Searching for Sections
Choose the option that you would like to do. If this is your first time registering, you will most likely want to "Search and register for sections".
Put in the appropriate search criteria. You must select a term or start/end dates along with one other field.
Review the results and check the class/classes you would like to register for. Note that "Available/Capacity" displays how many seats are available for a class. For instance, if a class has 24/25, there are 24 spots left in the class.
Step Five: Register or Drop Sections
Classes that you selected will now appear in the "Preferred Sections" area. Here you can choose an action for all of the preferred sections or select an action for each individual class. If you have already registered for classes they will appear in the "Current Registrations" area. Note that you can click the drop checkbox to drop a class from your current registrations.
Step Six: View/Print Your Schedule
Return to the eResources main menu and click on “My Class Schedule”. Input your last name, social security number and birth date. Next you will be prompted to select the term which you wish to view/print, after you select the term you can view/print your schedule.
