Each Certificate of Completion allows the student to focus on a particular skill and knowledge base within the Orthotic and Prosthetic Technology Program. The program offers an opportunity for practicing technicians to enhance their skills and increase their value in the work place. It also allows students the opportunity to experience the field of orthotics and/or prosthetics to help them determine if they would like to pursue a career in the field. The course selection is structured to provide students with specific skill sets that are applicable and desirable by employers in the field.
