All high school level students are eligible for participation but each must have a faculty/counselor or administrative sponsor* and, if under 18, their parent or guardian signature to participate. To register:
- Tell your mentor to complete the mentor form
- Complete the registration form
- Print the entry confirmation and have it signed by your parent or guardian
- Fax the signed entry confirmation form to Angela Sullivan at (815) 280-6655
The College participants are not required to have a sponsor or signature from a parent or guardian however, you must be enrolled in at least 1 credit hour at Joliet Junior College, or be enrolled at least part-time in one of the colleges or universities listed in the registration form below. All contestants must complete the registration form.
