Karen Magno-Scheer was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. Karen and her family moved to the U.S. in July, 1993. Karen has an Associate in Applied Science degree in both Word Information Processing and Marketing Management from JJC. While studying at JJC, she served as a student worker. She now works as a secretary for the program.
