Tammy Miller joined the Joliet Junior College agriculture faculty in the fall of 2000 and serves as the instructor for Agriculture Economics, Soils, and Microcomputer Applications in Agriculture. She instructs students in the Agricultural, Horticultural and Veterinary Medical Technology programs.
Ms. Miller serves as advisor to the Student Agriculture Association and advisor/coach to the Postsecondary Agricultural Students (PAS) organization. In addition, she assists in advising agriculture business and transfer students and serves as advisor for Phi Theta Kappa, the International honor society for two-year schools.
Prior to being a member of the JJC faculty, Ms. Miller taught in the Agriculture Economics department at the University of Illinois. She grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Central Illinois and is a graduate of Joliet Junior College. Ms. Miller obtained both a BS and MS in Agriculture from the University of Illinois.
