Credential Guideline Oversight Sub-Committee for Process Review 

The Faculty Credential Guideline Oversight Sub-Committee will report to the Counsel of Department Chairs on an as needed basis but no less than annually. The person filling the position of Vice President of Academic Affairs will serve as chair. The chair will identify participants for the appointed membership of this committee.

The purpose of the sub-committee is to provide process review and direction regarding the workflow associated with the credential review of current and applicant faculty positions.

Membership on the committee will consist of no less than one representative from each stakeholder area:

  • human resources
  • academic affairs
  • information technology
  • dual credit coordinator
  • faculty administration which will include at least one dean and one department chair
  • the Chief of Staff will serve as an ad hoc member of this sub-committee for the first two years with committee review of participation need in subsequent years.
