Requests for Changes - Process and Hiring Standards 

Process Change Requests
To submit a request to change the process workflow for credential review, please contact the Office of the Vice-President of Academic Affairs.  You will be asked to complete a form detailing your request.  The completed form shall be submitted to the chair of the Faculty Credential Guideline Oversight Sub-Committee, who is the Vice-President of Academic Affairs.  He/she will bring the change request to the attention of the Faculty Credential Guideline Oversight Sub-Committee for consideration.  After review and a determination is made by the sub-committee members follow up communication will be sent by the committee to the person submitting the request. If changes are approved, communication will be sent by the Office of Academic Affairs notifying stakeholders of the changes.

Hiring Standard Change Requests
To submit a request to change the Hiring Standards listed in section V. of the guidelines, please contact the Office of the Vice-President of Academic Affairs. The completed form shall be submitted to the attention of the Vice-President of Academic Affairs.  He/she will bring the change request to the attention of the proper faculty committees.  After review and a determination is made follow up communication will be sent by the Vice-President to the person submitting the request.  If changes are approved, communication will be sent by the Office of Academic Affairs notifying stakeholders of the changes.
