Planning Guide for Fall and Spring Semester PPD Week
The PPD Committee is always pleased to receive proposals for sessions during PPD Week!
This also creates a challenge as we design the schedule for the week. As you complete a Session Planning sheet please enter your preferences for the day, time and location for your session. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
The PPD Committee will make all room reservations and Media Services arrangements based on the final schedule and the information included in your planning sheet.
As you complete the online session planning form please keep in mind the following:
- Presentation Date: Indicate your preference and understand that sessions will be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of PPD Week.
- Time: Your preferred "Start Time" and "End Time" indicate the length of time for your session. While the times may vary, the length of your session will not.
- Max Number of Attendees: This information helps us identify an appropriate location.
- Location: The PPD Committee will reserve a room for your session based on the type of room you request. Options include:
- Cafeteria
- Classroom - SemiSmart rooms will be reserved.
- Computer Lab
- Large Meeting Room - E.g. the A-1002/Cafeteria Multipurpose Room
