The Joliet Junior College online orientation is intended for informational purposes
only and is a broad overview of your employment opportunities at Joliet Junior College.
As a new employee, the information presented should help you have a better understanding
of what is expected of you, and help you feel more at ease in your department and
the College environment.
The orientation procedure will assist new employees in understanding the opportunities
and areas of interest at JJC. Employee orientation begins on-line and with the Human
Resources Department. This online orientation is mandatory for all
new personnel.
It is the responsibility of each employee to adhere to the policies and procedures
presented. This orientation provides a clear explanation of all existing personnel
policies, procedures, and practices.
