This form allows you to submit your college event information to be published on any or all of the following:
- Web calendar of events
- Campus TV monitors
- myJJC Portal
- Exterior campus signs
Information must be submitted 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event date.
Once you have finished filling out the form, copies will be forwarded to the office responsible for each medium. The Communications and External Relations Office reserves the right to edit or reject any messages due to content, length, or availability of space.
Electronic sign and TV Monitor Messages
Due to the large volume of requests, the message will run 7 to 10 days prior to the event. The Communications and External Relations Office also reserves the right to edit or reject any messages due to availability of space.
Content of Electronic Sign and TV Monitor Displays are determined by Communications and External Relations and Media respectively.
