Ria 

Ria grew up in Salem, a small town located in Southern Illinois. In addition to being a fitness specialist, Ria is a full time physical education teacher in the Troy School District. 

  • B.S. in Physical Education from Southern Illinois University.
  • Master Physical Fitness Specialist, Cooper Institute, Dallas.
