Erik graduated from JJC in 2001 with his associates degree in Science. He then went on to the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign. During his time there he worked as a Student Athletic Trainer for the football, wrestling, soccer, and wheelchair basketball teams. Erik graduated in May 2004 and became a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer. After this he received his certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Erik graduated from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a career in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
Erik currently plays Rugby for the Manhattan Shamrocks and plays softball at the YMCA. In his free time he also enjoys rollerblading, golfing, bowling, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
