JJC Hosts Author Sandra Steingraber
Dr. Steingraber will give a presentation; following that, there will be a dessert reception, and Dr. Steingraber will be available to sign copies of her books.

Dr. Sandra Steingraber is an internationally recognized ecologist, author, and cancer survivor. She has keynoted conferences on health and the environment throughout the U.S. and Canada, and has lectured at many universities, including Harvard and Yale. Her first book, "Living Downstream", discusses the environmental links between cancer and human health. Her latest book, "Raising Elijah", explores how the ongoing environmental crisis threatens the health of children. Both books are available for purchase in the JJC Bookstore.
