Media Services hosts two different meeting areas where our professional staff will look after all your needs. If you are interested in booking either of these rooms, please email us for available times and dates.
Media Conference Room
The Media Conference room is an extraordinary meeting area - it is much more than just a room. It consists of a beautiful conference table, oversized captain chairs and can accommodate 12 (comfortably) to 15 people (maximum). The conference room is located inside of the main office area of Media Services marked as room J-3014.

TV Studio
The TV Studio is a multipurpose room. It is a great area to reserve for viewing videos, DVDs, teleconferences, showing multimedia (i.e., PowerPoint), as well as having your portrait taken.

- Large Screen
- Back Drop for Portraits
- Treated walls with acoustic padding that offer some sound proofing
