Mission
Our MOST important job is to help JJC (students, faculty, & staff) use information technology to dramatically improve individual and institutional performance and outcomes. We do this by assisting our clients in achieving performance objectives important to them. Our success is possible when our clients succeed!
To achieve this mission, the Division of Information Technology establishes and maintains Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with each constituent group that defines critical success factors important to that group. These critical success factors are then translated within the Information Technology Division in developing and implementing a Balanced Scorecard to measure and communicate the effectiveness of the Division’s Service Strategies that best support the client’s performance objectives.
