The division of Administrative Services is responsible for the operations of all six campus sites. The division has four departments which are described below. Administrative Services also oversees the use of the JJC Parade float and is responsible for implementing the college master plan.
Business and Auxiliary Services is responsible for all college purchasing, furniture replacement, the Early Childhood Center, the cafeterias at main and Romeoville campuses, the Renaissance Center banquet operation and the college bookstore.
Campus Police is responsible for the safety of all students, faculty and staff. The department includes sworn police officers that are available 24/7.
Facility Services is responsible for building and grounds, maintenance, custodial services, construction management and environmental, health and safety.
Financial Services is responsible for the annual budget and audit, payroll, vendor payments, grant management and payment of tuition.
