Some of you who may think that the Spirit Committee is all fun and games, but we also sponsor and promote service projects like…Penny Wars.  Penny wars is a fun and competitive way to collect funds for charity that pits each department against the other to see who can “out-penny” the other.  In the end everybody wins, because the more money collected the better.

The SPIRIT Committee would like to invite you to empty your piggy banks!  Penny Wars will officially begin on March 1st and end on March 22. Good luck everyone, United Way will benefit greatly from our Wars!

These locations will have both of their areas' containers on display beginning March 1st. Pennies are positive points and silver or bills are negative points. If you happen to be walking by, deposit some silver in the competition’s containers but hold on to those pennies for your own container.

The winning department will have $50 to purchase refreshments or goodies for a meeting or just for fun! C’mon join the fun…Penny Wars are about to begin!
